How do I choose a size?
Start with the general size guide, then check the available options on the product page. Garment measurements and fit can vary by style. Contact us if you need a specific measurement.
How do I add something to my bag?
Open a product or choose “Choose size” in the collection. Select a size and add the item to your bag. On a product page, you can also set the quantity.
Can I change my bag?
Yes. Open your bag to change quantities or remove a style. The bag is saved in your browser. It is not shared across different devices or browsers.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping and taxes are separate and must be confirmed before payment.
Does reviewing my details place an order?
No. The contact and delivery form lets you review your details. It does not charge you or confirm an order. If online ordering is unavailable, your details are not submitted.
Can I order for a team or a store?
Use the Wholesale page to enter the styles, sizes, quantities, and any customization you have in mind. A wholesale inquiry is not a confirmed order.
Will a saved style be reserved for me?
No. The heart icon saves a style in your browser for later. Saving a style or adding it to your bag does not reserve inventory.
How do I care for my clothing?
Follow the care instructions on the label of the garment you receive. Care requirements can differ between fabrics and finishes.
How do I contact you?
Email support@all-star.shop or use Contact us to prepare your message. If online submission is unavailable, review the email draft and send it using your own email app. Preparing a draft does not send it.
Is there a limit on quantities?
There is no per-style purchase quantity cap in the bag. Enter a positive whole number. Adding a quantity does not confirm stock; availability and order terms still need confirmation.
Are the size charts in centimetres too?
Yes. Open Size guide and use the inches / centimetres controls. These are general body-size ranges, not the measured dimensions of each garment.
Can I send a question by email?
Yes. Email support@all-star.shop. When online form submission is unavailable, the contact and wholesale forms can prepare a draft that you review and send using your own email app.
Do custom projects include labels or packaging?
Labels and packaging shown in the design notes are design directions. Materials, finishes, sampling, costs and availability are discussed for each project; they are not automatically included.
Where should I send a return?
Contact us first and wait for the return instructions. Do not send a parcel to the company contact address without an agreed return authorisation.
